Internet: complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all participants on the 1st Floor during the convention.

National/International Bank Transfer Kindly note that all transfer costs (including any charges applied by the beneficiary bank) are to be covered by the delegate.
Cash On-site registration only
Advance payment is required to confirm registration and access the delegate list.

The delegate list will be available from 15 July 2025 and will be updated periodically.

Name badges

The name badges are personal and non-transferable.

The Reception Desk will provide a badge to each delegate at the time of accreditation.

For security reasons, please wear your badge at all times. Anyone not wearing a name badge shall not be allowed into the convention.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests should be sent to: basc@csbc.org.ar

Until and including 2 September 2025, a cancellation fee of 40% of the registration cost shall be applied to cover processing expenses.

As of 3 September 2025, and in the case of no-show, no refund shall be made. .
