Name badges

The name badges are personal.

The Reception Desk will provide a badge to each delegate at the time of accreditation.

For security reasons, please wear your badge at all times. Anyone not wearing a name badge shall not be allowed into the convention.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests should be sent to: register@csbc.org.ar

Until and including 4 September 2024, a cancellation fee of 40% of the registration cost shall be applied to cover processing expenses.

As of 5 September 2024, and in the case of no-show, no refund shall be made.
